Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy

Top Zone Company is a service organization committed to providing premium services to the oil and gas industry operations. We strive to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers, employees, visitors and contractors, and to minimize the environmental impact of our operations. These strategies are fundamental to our long-term business success and we do this through:
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System within all company activities, and continually improving its performance towards Operational Excellence.
- Managing its workplace and activities so as to prevent injury and ill-health and to minimize pollution so far as is reasonably practical.
- Empowering employees to intervene whenever they should observe any unsafe act or condition, and all employees have the authority to stop any unsafe operation.
- • Complying with all applicable customer, governmental, and or legal and other requirements that form the basis of its procedures and technical specifications.
- Ensuring that all work processes are undertaken by competent personnel, who are properly trained, and encouraging active employee participation, recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievements.
- Establishing objectives in each business location, monitoring for compliance, and ensuring that Top Management is continually seeking improvement.
- • Make it known that No activity is so important that we cannot take the time to do it safely.
- • Participate in risk assessment, loss control, and monitoring processes, both internally and with our clients, to provide the assurance that our HSE Management Systems are functioning correctly and that hazards and risks are assessed and minimized.
This policy is reviewed for its continuing suitability and is communicated to all employees and interested parties
This (HSE) policy will be reviewed on an annual basis by Top Zone Company’s management with
the assistance of QHSE Department. We will review the effectiveness of our policies, systems, and
procedures to ensure we are continuing to meet our client and customer requirements.
